Shipping Policy

  • To ensure smooth delivery you must provide us a clear delivery address. The delivery address must contain building, villa or flat number, street name, town, city, postal code, and must contain valid telephone number and full contact name(s) according to the form provided.
  • After purchase order submission, we will deliver it at your door from 4 to 7 working days from the order date.
  • We are not able to make deliveries during weekends and official vacations, so all deliveries will arrive to your door on a week day which is from Saturday to Thursday.
  • All domestic orders (inside KSA) are entitled to Value Added Tax (VAT 15%) from the total amount of the order, International orders will be waived of (VAT), but the customer is still obliged to pay any taxes or customs that may apply for the shipment in the destination country.
  • Please double check the delivery address and contact number to avoid delayed delivery.
  • Products cannot be shipped to an incomplete address or to an address different from the one assigned on the purchase order.
  • In case of you were out of reach / Or refused to receive the product for any reason other than a mistake in the sent order, then you shall agree to pay the delivery fees only, or to deduct it from the online paid amount on the Ajlan&Bros Store.
  • For international shipments, in case of you refused to pay the customs or taxes that may apply on the country of destination, then the shipment will be reverted back to our warehouse but you will bear the cost of shipping and any extra charges that may be paid as mentioned above.
  • When the delivery is made, please sign the delivery receipt to confirm that the delivery box and the product(s) have no defects.
  • Ajlan&Bros Store will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.

Returns and Refund Policy

With pleasure will receive your return and refund request for your order according to the below conditions:

  • We accept to return of goods within 7 days from the date of the delivery.
  • The returned goods shall be in the same condition on which it has been delivered and never been used with the original box, including any stickers, cards, accessories attached with the product or inside the box.
  • The customer shall pay the cost of shipping to return the order, unless the return reason is caused by the team of Ajlan&Bros Store.
  • Underwears & Pajamas cannot be returned or replaced to maintain the public health.
  • You can request to return your order by signing into your account on Ajlan&Bros store, then click on “My orders” page and then chose the order that you need to return in full or partially, and pick a reason of return. For further assistance, please contact Ajlan and Bros’s customer service number 920002585 within working days from Saturday to Thursday (8 am – 5 pm).
  • Once we receive the request and review the details thereafter, we will contact with you to discuss the reason of return. Based on that we can determine whether or not the request will be accepted within 3 working days.
  • The decision of return request shall be firm and binding without any responsibility on Ajlan and Bros.
  • If the decision was the acceptance to return the item(s), we will notify the courier company to collect the goods from your address and return it to Ajlan and Bros Company for domestic orders, and for the international orders the customer has the responsibility to ship the product(s) back to Ajlan&Bros store warehouse.
  • If you used (Credit or Debit card) to pay the order, then paid amount will be refunded to your card. The refunded amount will reflect in your card based on each individual’s bank processes as in some cases it takes a month.
  • In case you need to cancel your order after payment using (Credit or Debit card), hence you will be charged with the refund fees for the paid amount according to the type of your card (VISA/MasterCard/Mada)
  • In case you paid Cash On Delivery, Please provide us with your bank account details to refund (IBAN, Bank Name, Account Owner Name).

Return Steps

Step 01
  1. Login to your account, then click on My Orders
  2. Chose the order you need to return in full, or pick specific items
  3. You must chose a reason for return
  4. You should review return terms before continue
  5. We will contact you to review some details
Step 02

Please repack the items in original box, and add any cards or labels was attached with the product or in box.

Step 03
  1. We will notify the courier company to collect the goods from your address and return it to Ajlan and Bros Company.
  2. The courier will contact you within 3 to 5 working days to assign the date of pickup, in some cases it may take longer
Step 04

Once we receive the products and pass the inspection to confirm its status, the refund transaction will be initiated
